Categories for clinical and basic science abstracts are:

General Submission Guidelines

• Your abstract text can be no more than 300 words. Longer abstracts will not be allowed.
• We suggest that you prepare and save your abstract text off-line before beginning your submission, as you will be able to copy and paste from a word processing program document.
• At the end of submission, you will have an opportunity to review the abstract carefully to make sure that everything displays correctly.
• Please note that the submission system will not accept equations, graphics, or tables.
• All correspondence (by email), including acceptance notification, will be with the corresponding author only. Please update your email address if changed.
• Note: When navigating the system, use the control panel or "Submit" buttons to advance through the submission; avoid the "Back" button.

Short Call Abstracts

IMPORTANT: Due to the very short time period of the Short Call, you will not be able to return to your submission for editing after you complete the submission, as was possible in the Regular Call. Once the submission process is completed, your abstract will immediately be sent out for review.

• Short Call Abstracts should represent the very latest in thyroid-related research.
• Only six Short Call Abstracts will be selected for 10-minute oral presentations during a special symposium. Selected additional Short Call Abstracts may rarely be presented as special posters. All other submissions will not be published.
• Acceptance notices for those selected will be e-mailed on or before August 29, 2008.
